The office undertakes the representation of companies and persons in the implementation of the following legal acts:

• Studying, preparing and reviewing the contracts concluded by its clients from companies and individuals, providing the necessary legal advice and studies related to the work of its client in both Arabic and English, and attending meetings and discussions of a legal nature.

• Filing lawsuits before all courts and representing the client before the courts and departments affiliated to it in civil, commercial and criminal cases, arbitration, money market cases, requests for corporate restructuring, labor lawsuits and any other cases filed by or against the client within the State of Kuwait and providing the necessary defense before all levels of litigation Until the issuance of final rulings in those cases.

• Follow-up procedures for the implementation of judgments issued in favor of the client.

• Submitting complaints before the Public Prosecution, the specialized prosecution offices, complaints related to commercial misdemeanours, commercial fraud, all Kuwaiti police stations and the General Department of Investigations, attending investigations before them and taking all necessary judicial measures to preserve the rights of the client.

•  Representing the joint-stock companies in attending the meetings of the general assemblies and incorporating all companies (joint stock - public or closed) LLC - joint venture companies and one-person companies.

• Liquidating companies of all kinds, undertaking voluntary liquidation work, and working on corporate bankruptcy cases.

• Respond to all inquiries and legal advice in writing and by phone.
